To add another email account to your Thunderbird
- Open your desktop Thunderbird.
- Click the "Tools" button on the top bar of Thunderbird.
- Click the "Account Actions" button in the bottom of the "Tools" dropdown menu
- Click "Add Mail Account"
- Enter appropriate information into Name, Email Address and Password dialogue boxes
- Click "Continue"
- Check the "IMAP (remote folders)" button
- Click "Done"
To remove an account from your Thunderbird
- Open your desktop Thunderbird.
- Click the "Tools" button on the top bar of Thunderbird.
- Highlight the account name you wish to delete.
- Click "Remove Account"
- Click "Yes" when Thunderbird asks if you're sure you want to delete the account.
