Network, Colleague, and Webadvisor Status


8/31/2018 - Aptos Campus Closed

Aptos Campus is closed due to power outage. Watsonville Campus is open today

Facilities, IT, and Managers will be released at 11AM

Colleague and WebAdvisor are now available

July 8, 2018:  Systems have been restored! 

July 7, 2018:  We are experiencing system issues with Colleague and WebAdvisor.  Both systems are unavailable.

We will post updates as they become available.

All Colleague services unavailable from 4-5 on Monday 1/29

We are currently experiencing an issue with our "add codes" not working.  Students are unable to register for their section(s) in WebAdvisor using the code provided by thier faculty.  However, we have identified the root cause of our problem.  We are preparing a code update and are hopeful this will resolve the issue.

All Colleague services will be unavailable from 4-5 this afternoon while we correct the issue.  This outage will include Colleague, WebAdvisor and Student Planning.  Once we have installed the new code, we will be testing to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Network Outage Saturday 2/27/16

All Cabrillo network services, including phones, will be unavailable starting at 11:30am today (Saturday 2/27/16) due to emergency repairs.  I will update you once the repairs have been completed.

Colleague and WebAdvisor was unavailable beginning at 12noon today. Service was restored as of 12:20pm.

WebAdvisor was not available from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM due to systems maintenance.

Email Service Interruption 12/3/15

Proofpoint, the company which handles our email security
services, has suffered a failure in their primary US data
center.  This is preventing delivery of inbound email from
outside Cabrillo.  The company currently has no ETA on when
the issue might be resolved, and we are waiting for
technical support to assist us.
